Homeowners Association Dues

Association dues are due twice a year, in April and October ($330 each billing). Dues must be current to access the pool and other amenities or to attend some HOA events. If dues are left unpaid, access cards may be de-activated until the account is current and the balance due is paid. The HOA office cannot accept checks for your association dues. Please send your HOA payment to the address on your payment coupon or pay online: www.premiercommunities.net/paydues.html.

Contact Premier Communities at 877-378-2388 for questions about your account. New residents need to stop by the HOA office for an orientation and to obtain their access cards.
