In an effort to fit the needs of our homeowners and ease the impact of larger
payments, last October the Providence HOA switched to a quarterly dues schedule,
with the payments spaced out throughout the year. Unfortunately, the result
turned out to be a much higher rate of delinquency. That is why the Board of
Directors has decided to go back to semiannual billing beginning in April of 2012.
Here is how the transition to semi-annual billing will take place:
The first week of September you will receive two payment coupons with your October statement.
You will send each of those in with your payments when they are due (October 1
and January 1, 2012). Then, beginning in April 2012 you will resume semi-annual
dues payments, receiving two billing statements a year (April & October).
