Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

ARC stands for Architectural Review Committee. Members of this committee serve the community by approving Modification Requests for exterior home projects. This includes changes, additions, or improvements to landscaping, fencing, painting, swimming pools, storage buildings, children's play equipment, gazebos, etc.

All exterior improvements to the lot or main dwelling must be approved in writing by the ARC. Decisions are made based on the conformity and harmony of the exterior design an the provisions of the Declaration.
