Architectural Review Committee
ARC stands for Architectural Review Committee. Members of this committee serve the community by approving Modification Requests for exterior home projects. This includes changes, additions, or improvements to landscaping, fencing, painting, swimming pools, storage buildings, children's play equipment, gazebos, etc.
All exterior improvements to the lot or main dwelling must be approved in writing by the ARC. Decisions are made based on the conformity and harmony of the exterior design an the provisions of the Declaration.
We are looking for volunteers! Please contact the Association Manager, 940-440-2200, if you are interested in helping!

The Finance Committee assists the Board of Directors in creating and administering the annual budget and monetary oversight of the community.

The Sports Committee aims to help promote a healthy and active lifestyle for Providence Residents. Come join the fun. The Sports Committee plans adult and children sports leagues and other community events.
Providence Sports Committee and all activities are run completely by volunteers. We need parents or residents to volunteer to help make these leagues happen. If you would like to volunteer to help in any way please contact email@example.com.

The Landscape Committee assists FirstService Residential in the overseeing of the Common Areas in Providence. The Committee makes recommendations for long and short term improvements, such as seasonal flowers, and general maintenance.
For Providence homeowners, the Landscape Committee implements the Yard-of-the-Month contests, and Holiday decoration contests.
We welcome your questions, suggestions, and emails. We appreciate your support!

Adult Softball League
The Providence Village Softball league is an adult co-ed softball league played right here in Providence Village. The league is open to players of any skill level ages 18 and up.
