Resale certificates are a required package that need to be purchased prior to the final sale of a home in Providence. A resale package/certificate is a collection of documents that give a complete history of the home. This history includes any open violations, outstanding dues, liens on the home, etc. A Resale Certificate and copy of a community's governing documents are part of the package of paperwork that is exchanged during the process of buying or selling a home. The Resale Certificate provides transparency about the community and the seller's financial obligations to the association.

Resale Package Fee:

• Standard Resale and Initial Disclosure Package fee is $375.00

Additional Fees:

• $150 Reserve Contribution

• $250 Transfer Fee

• $50 Access Card Fee
