As of August 1, 2025, RealManage Elevated Onsite has become the new management partner for Providence HOA. You can learn more about their professional management of large-scale, master-planned, and luxury communities here.   • Already have a physical access card? Bring your card(s) to the HOA office and we’ll exchange them for mobile credentials at no cost. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

    NEW RESIDENTS
    - New Homeowners: Receive two (2) complimentary mobile access credentials. Please complete the New Homeowner Access Request form and email it to the HOA staff.
    -New Tenants: Mobile access credentials are available for $30 each. Please complete the Tenant Access Request form and email it to the HOA staff.

    ADDITIONAL & REPLACEMENT CREDENTIALS
    - Additional Homeowner mobile credentials are $30 each. Please complete the Additional/Replacement Access Request form and email it to the HOA staff.
    - Replacement mobile credentials for both homeowners and tenants are $30 each. Please complete the Additional/Replacement Access Request form and email it to the HOA staff.

  • Please complete the Application for Architectural Modification and email it to the HOA staff.

  • Providence HOA has several different facilities that can be reserved by eligible residents.

    To reserve the Main Clubhouse or Community Center, please complete the Facility Rental Agreement and email it to the HOA staff.

    To reserve a Pool Pavilion, please complete the Pool Pavilion Rental Agreement and email it to the HOA staff.

    To reserve the Party Trailer, please complete the Party Trailer Rental Agreement and email it to the HOA staff.

  • Eligible homeowners may rent out their properties if they meet all leasing requirements, are offered an approved rental slot, and submit the required leasing documentation and fees. Please note: The community is currently at the 20% rental capacity. All homeowners who wish to lease their property must join the rental waitlist and wait until a rental slot becomes available.

    To join the rental waitlist, please complete the Rental Waitlist form.

    Once you have been offered an approved rental slot, you have 45 days to submit the Tenant Registration Packet and the applicable fees.

  • Residents may now complete the Maintenance Request form to submit a maintenance request online.

    Please note: This form is only for submitting maintenance requests related to common areas within the community. Maintenance on individual properties is the responsibility of the homeowner.

    You may not receive a response to your request, but rest assured, your request will be escalated to our Maintenance Team to inspect the issue and take further action as needed.

  • To pay your dues, please log in to the Resident Portal.

  • Each household gets two (2) free pool guests per day. Up to four (4) additional paid guest wristbands may be used per day. Total of six (6) guests maximum per day allowed.

    There are now two ways to purchase guest wristbands:

    1. Purchase guest wristbands in advance at the HOA office during regular business hours. These wristbands may be purchased ahead of time and used on a future date,

    2. Purchase guest wristbands online through the HOA website. Online wristbands are for same day use only and can be picked up at the pool check-in station by showing your purchase confirmation email.

  • Residents may now complete the Report A Violation form to report a violation in the community. Please be sure to include the property address associated with the violation being reported.

    You may not receive a response to your submission, but rest assured, your report will be escalated to our Compliance Manager to inspect the issue and take further action as needed.
