ARC Committee
ARC stands for Architectural Review Committee. Members of this committee serve the community by approving Modification Requests for exterior home projects. This includes changes, additions, or improvements to landscaping, fencing, painting, swimming pools, storage buildings, children's play equipment, gazebos, etc. All exterior improvements to the lot or main dwelling must be approved in writing by the ARC. Decisions are made based on the conformity and harmony of the exterior design of the provisions of the Declaration.
GAMES COMMITTEE
Bring a game with you to share with other neighbors or join in on a neighbor’s game when you arrive. This is a great way to meet new people while having a blast!

The Landscape Committee plays a vital role in enhancing the beauty and curb appeal of the community. Members of this committee contribute by organizing seasonal and holiday-themed decorating contests, selecting flowers for community entrances, and promoting resident engagement through events and educational initiatives. The Landscape Committee fosters pride in homeownership, encourages neighborly participation, and helps maintain the aesthetic standards of the community.

Golf cart club
Gather with community neighbors and have fun cruising around! The golf cart club will meet up about every other month for different fun activities such as golf cart scavenger hunts, golf cart poker runs, and much more! Exact dates for these golf cart events will be announced in the weekly eNews and HOA Facebook page.

NUTRITION CLUB
The Nutrition Club’s mission is to foster community among neighbors looking to make better choices relating to food and their health. This club reviews the latest nutrition science and research, learns new recipes, and enjoys delicious and nutritious food samples. RSVP is required to attend the monthly meetings as space is limited. If you are interested in attending, please email the Club Leader to find out the specific topic being presented and to RSVP.

A playdate group geared towards children 5 years of age and younger.
