First time logging in? You’ll need your Association ID, Account Number, and Check ID. This information is listed on your welcome letter, mailed to all existing homeowners in July 2025. Click here to see a sample welcome letter. You can email us to request a copy to be emailed to you.

Assessments
All homeowners in the Providence HOA are required to pay their share of the association’s expenses, as determined by the annual budget. Your 2025 dues (or assessments) are $871.20, payable in two semi-annual installments of $435.60 each. Semi-annual installments are due every April 1st and October 1st.
As of August 1, 2025, GrandManors/RealManage Elevated Onsite is the new management partner for Providence HOA. You can make your payments through one of the convenient methods provided by RealManage:
Make a one-time payment on the RealManage Quick Payment Page, no need to log into your account!
Set up automatic payments to draft from your bank account of choice, or use a credit or debit card on the RealManage CiraNet Resident Portal. You will need your personalized account information that was listed on your welcome letter. If you don’t have your welcome letter, please email us to request another copy. Use your bank’s bill-pay service to make a payment and use the address at the bottom of this page for the remittance address. In the memo section of your bank’s bill-pay website page, please reference your property address and account number.
Mail a payment to the RealManage lockbox to the remittance address below. Please ensure your check has your property address and account number included.
Deliver your payment to the onsite office at 809 Oakcrest Dr., Providence Village, TX 76227 during regular business hours. Please ensure your check has your property address and account number included.
Please Note - If you set up your payments with prior management through ClickPay to be deducted monthly from your checking account to build up a credit equal to the semi-annual assessment payment, please note that RealManage does not offer that payment scheduling. Instead, use your bank’s BillPay service to set up monthly payments.
