Event Details Part 1

12pm - 4pm

Main Field - 809 Oakcrest Dr.

Field Activities

Activities such as water slides, mechanical bull riding, inflatable obstacle course, zorb ball racing and more will be happening at the main field from 12pm-4pm.

Wristbands will be required to participate in field activities. Please check in at the main pool gate with your access card to receive your wristbands. Residents will be allowed 2 guests for free as normal. If you plan on having more than 2 free guests allowed, then you will need to purchase guest wristbands in advance at the HOA office during office hours of Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Please note that you will only be able to purchase up to an additional 4 guest wristbands at $5 each and the HOA office only accepts card payment, no cash.

Event Details Part 2

6pm - 10pm

Lake Providence - 10429 Cedar Lake Dr

Firework Show

We will have a DJ playing family friendly music and delicious food trucks out by the lake from 6pm - 10pm. The firework show will start around 9:30pm.

Bring your lawn chairs and or blankets for a fun evening!

GUEST POLICY

The guest policy for Part 1 of the Independence Day Celebration will be the same as the Pool Guest Policy which is as followed: 

• You are allowed two (2) guest per household at no cost.

• If you plan on having more than the initial two (2) free guests allowed, then you will need to purchase guest wristbands at the HOA office during office hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that you will only be able to purchase up to an additional 4 guest wristbands and the HOA office only accepts card payment, no cash.
