Rules:
Contest is open to all PHOA members.
Deadline to submit entry form is October 15th by 11:59 PM.

Only those submitting entry forms will be judged for the contest. Please complete this online google entry form to enter.
Judging:
Judging will occur October 16-18 (Fri, Sat, Sun) from dusk to 10 PM, so please have your display on.
Judging Categories
Creepy Creative: 1st Place - $100, 2nd Place - $75, 3rd Place - $50
Seriously Scary: 1st Place - $100, 2nd Place - $75, 3rd Place - $50
Too Cute to Spook: 1st Place - $100, 2nd Place - $75, 3rd Place - $50
People's Choice: 1 Winner - $100 - All entries will be voted by residents for People's Choice Award!
Spooktacular Street of the Year:
The Spooktacular Street of the Year award is back! There is no need to enter your street separately - the winning street will be selected by members of the PHOA Landscape Committee. Winners will receive two Spooktacular Street of the Year garden signs to display at each end of the street, plus one complimentary rental of the Providence Party Trailer to celebrate with a neighborhood block party!
Category Winners:
Winners will be announced by October 21 via HOA eNewsletter, HOA Facebook & Instagram, and the Landscape Committee Facebook.
Winners' Amazon Cards and Garden Signs will be delivered by the Landscape Committee between 10/21-10/23.
