Take time to unwind, reset, and recharge with your community. Join us for Exhale, an afternoon restorative yoga and sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and cultivate deep relaxation.

During this session, you’ll be gently guided through supportive, restful postures followed by an immersive sound bath to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. This experience is open and accessible to all levels—no prior yoga experience needed.

What to Bring:

• Yoga Mat (Please bring your personal mat, as the studio has a limited supply of extras. All props and bolsters are provided!)

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Comfortable attire / cozy layers for total relaxation
