Wristband & RSVP Requirements

All attendees must wear an official event wristband at all times during both the daytime and nighttime portions of the Independence Day Celebration. Wristbands may be picked up in advance from the PHOA office during the week of the event or obtained at the check‑in station for each portion of the event.

RSVP is not required, and it is very highly recommended that residents RSVP and pick up wristbands in advance to help reduce long wait times at the check‑in booth on the day of the event.

Guests (non‑PHOA residents) are welcome, but they must check in with a PHOA resident upon arrival and receive a wristband before entering the event area.
