Wristband & RSVP Requirements

All attendees must wear an official event wristband at all times during both the daytime and nighttime portions of the Independence Day Celebration. Wristbands may be picked up in advance from the PHOA office during the week of the event or obtained at the check‑in station for each portion of the event.

RSVP is not required, and it is very highly recommended that residents RSVP and pick up wristbands in advance to help reduce long wait times at the check‑in booth on the day of the event.

Guests who are non‑PHOA residents are welcome; however, each household may bring a maximum of four (4) guests. Guest wristbands are $10 each and must be purchased in advance through the HOA website. Guest wristbands may not be purchased at the event.

All guests must check in with a PHOA resident upon arrival and receive a wristband before entering any event areas.
