About Providence HOA

Providence Homeowners Association was established in 2000, as a non-profit corporation in the state of Texas. The master-planned community was developed by The Huffines Communities. The board of directors was controlled by representatives of The Huffines Companies until the control of the board transitioned to homeowner control in 2012.

The community is in Providence Village near a myriad of shopping, entertainment, and dining opportunities. Providence has a 2-pool complex featuring four kiddie pools, two Junior Olympic lap pools, one adult pool, two water slides, and a water playground. The Providence Pool Complex also maintains professional lifeguard services.

The neighborhood offers a plethora of recreational amenities including well-crafted walking trails, facilities for playing pickleball, basketball, and tennis, serene fishing ponds, a lively skate park, a dedicated volleyball court, two designated dog parks, and several engaging playgrounds for kids.

The Providence Clubhouse is home to many clubs and is the meeting place for our various committees. The lifestyles program is robust and filled with many great activities like scavenger hunts and signature events like our Light Up the Festival.
