2027 POOLSIDE POP-UP VENDOR PROGRAM

Providence HOA is inviting local food trucks and mobile food vendors to participate in our 2027 Poolside Pop-Up Vendor Program! This opportunity allows vendors to connect with Providence residents throughout the summer while bringing convenient food, treats, and drink opportunities directly to our community pools.

BRING YOUR BUSINESS POOLSIDE

Monthly vendor package | $125

Each monthly package includes:

• Up to four Saturdays during your selected month (June, July, or August)

• One designated pool location: Main Clubhouse Pool or Community Center Pool

• One four-hour service window per Saturday

• Choice of preferred service time: 12:00-4:00 PM or 4:00-8:00 PM

• Exclusive vendor placement at your selected pool during your scheduled service window

• 100% of sales retained by the vendor

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Vendor spaces are limited to one vendor per pool each month.

• Preferred months, locations, and service times are subject to availability and HOA approval.

• Participation does not guarantee sales or minimum customer traffic.
